  • Start your day with a revitalising 30-minute standing Pilates session. Awaken your body, improve balance, and set a positive tone for the retreat.

  • Discover how Pilates can alleviate joint pain, reduce stiffness, and provide relief for lower back problems through targeted exercises and mindful movement.

11:15 - 11:30 - Refresh & Recharge

 

11:30 - 12:15 - Sleep, Stress & Belly Fat

  • Learn lifestyle changes to reduce belly fat accumulation, improve sleep habits, manage stress, and enhance overall health.

 

12:15 - 13:00 - Healthy Harmony Lunch 

  • Enjoy our complimentary healthy lunch.

  • Connect with fellow participants and recharge for the afternoon sessions.

 

13:00 - 13:45 - Supporting Your Body: Pilates Techniques for Pelvic Floor Health  

  • Learn practical Pilates exercises to improve pelvic floor health, supporting core strength and overall well-being.

 

14:00 - 14:45 - Groove and Glow: Disco Diva Dance Workout

  • Enjoy a 30-minute dance session to disco tunes, uplifting your mood and energy for your day.

 

14:45 - 15:00 - Refresh & Recharge

 

15:00 - 15:45 - Restorative Bliss: Unveiling the Benefits of Relaxation for Health  

  • Experience relaxation's impact on health.

  • Learn stress management strategies, enhance cognitive health, and foster overall well-being through guided relaxation exercises.
