🌟Strong & Steady Pilates Class with Rachel Hubbard Join me, Rachel Hubbard, a qualified specialist with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, for a dynamic and informative class tailored to improve your strength, posture, and overall well-being. As a Menopause and Back Care exercise specialist, I understand the unique challenges that come with ageing, and I have designed this class to address them directly. The "Strong & Steady" Pilates class combines the principles of Pilates with the use of kettlebells and dumbbells to help build muscle mass, improve core strength, and enhance posture. This targeted approach is particularly beneficial in maintaining and improving bone density, a crucial factor as we age. Throughout the session, I will provide practical advice and information on how the exercises we practice can support your overall health, helping you to stay strong, steady, and confident in your body. The class will be held every Thursday from 12:00 to 12:45 pm at Waunfawr Community Hall. I look forward to helping you take control of your health in a supportive and engaging environment. Please bring your own weights for this session - you can do the class without weights if you wish.
