Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking for a calming session to complement your routine, this class provides a welcoming environment to focus on your wellbeing. The session combines a carefully curated series of slow, flowing movements with stretches and breathing techniques. Each exercise is designed to gently engage your muscles, improve your range of motion, and ease physical tension, leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalised. Essential Equipment To fully participate in Pilates Release, you will need the following items: A mat for comfort and support during floor-based exercises. A small Pilates ball or a pillow to assist with certain stretches and mobility movements. A resistance band to enhance flexibility and add variety to your routine. Booking Policy for RBHFITNESS Wellness Retreat Day Thank you for your interest in the RBHFITNESS Wellness Retreat Day. Please review the following booking guidelines before securing your place. 1. Booking Process All bookings must be made through our official booking platform or by contacting us directly. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. 2. Health & Medical Considerations To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we request that you inform us of any existing health conditions, injuries, or mobility concerns that may affect your participation. If your health status changes between booking and the event, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer appropriate support or adjustments. 3. Dietary Requirements If you have food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary needs, please provide this information at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements, but advance notice is essential. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in a cancellation fee or loss of the booking fee, unless due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency). 5. Booking on the Day Same-day bookings may be available, subject to space. However, we strongly advise booking in advance to secure your place. 6. Refunds & Transfers Refunds will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior approval from RBHFITNESS. 7. Event Changes or Cancellations RBHFITNESS reserves the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, low attendance). In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be offered. 8. Liability Disclaimer Participation in the retreat is at your own risk.
