Our Back Care Pilates classes are designed to help you improve core strength and overall well-being. About Our Classes Our Back Care Pilates classes are an effective method for alleviating chronic lower back pain. Led by Rachel Hubbard, a Level 4 Back Care Exercise Practitioner and Coach with over 20 years of experience, our classes are recommended by local physiotherapists and GPs. Our evidence-based exercises are designed to target core strength and provide relief for various issues, including chronic lower back pain, pelvic floor concerns, hip replacement recovery, and for those new to Pilates. Why Choose Us? We are committed to staying updated with the latest knowledge to ensure you receive the best care for your back pain and overall health. Our classes are tailored to be safe and effective, offering you a path towards a healthier, stronger back. Class Details To ensure a high-quality experience, class sizes are limited. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Mats and bands are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own for hygiene purposes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts to set up and discuss any concerns with us. Pricing Our classes are priced at £5 per session. We also offer cost-saving passes: Pass Y Borth & Aber 4: 4 classes for £15, valid for 3 months (£3.75 per class) Pass Y Borth & Aber 8: 8 classes for £26, valid for 6 months (£3.25 per class) Pass Y Borth & Aber 16: 16 classes for £44, valid for 12 months (£2.75 per class) Contact Us If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to contact us.
