You’re in the right place! Our Back Care Pilates classes are designed to support your journey to better core strength and overall well-being. About Our Classes Our Back Care Pilates sessions are a proven method for easing chronic lower back pain. Led by Rachel Hubbard, a Level 4 Back Care Exercise Practitioner and Coach with over 20 years of experience, we are highly recommended by local physiotherapists and GPs. Whether you’re dealing with lower back pain, pelvic floor concerns, hip replacement recovery, or you’re completely new to Pilates, our evidence-based exercises are tailored to meet your needs. Why Choose Us? We are committed to offering the latest in back care expertise, ensuring that our classes provide the most effective support for your back pain and day-to-day mobility. Every session is thoughtfully designed to be safe, supportive, and beneficial for your long-term health. Class Details To deliver a personalised experience, class sizes are kept small. Advance booking is essential to secure your place. Equipment: Mats and bands are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins to get settled and have a quick chat with us. Pricing Our sessions are just £5 each. For those who attend regularly, we offer flexible and cost-saving pass options: Pass Y Borth & Aber 4: 4 sessions for £15 – £3.75 per session. Pass Y Borth & Aber 8: 8 sessions for £26 – £3.25 per session. Pass Y Borth & Aber 16: 16 sessions for £44 – £2.75 per session.
