As 2021 starts to draw to a close, I thought I would let you know about the upcoming sessions I have planned to finish this year with your health & well-being at the forefront.

Have a look at the classes and workshops on offer from now until 2022 – get in touch if you would like to see any other sessions - for yourself, or your business.

o 6-week course on the Pilates method of training and how to improve pelvic floor strength and function

o Lectures alongside the training sessions that outline structure, function, and reasons for exercising the pelvic floor muscles.

o I’m not normally one for focussing on weight loss, but understand how the New Year often provides us the impetus to improve our lifestyle and well-being. This session will follow the normal Café programme of weekly workouts and talks, but with the emphasis on healthy eating and ways to help you lose the body fat that you want.

o My dad was a very keen golfer back in the day, a scratch player and long-time coach, he always did additional training outside of the game. This course is designed for all level players to improve your swing, balance, and stability, alongside reducing injuries. It will have a progressive programme to follow that you can watch live or re-visit. It will also include some relaxation techniques for those tricky shots..

o 4 x 1-hour sessions

o 1st – 22nd February 2022

o Running gait, stride length, and reduction in injuries are all positive outcomes from a structured Pilates training session. Finatto (2018) – and this was noted by the strength adaptations in both postural and locomotor muscles. Using the “Pilates Powerhouse” they worked on the muscles of the spine, hip, and core for improved stabilisation of hip and trunk.
